1. Launch review status

Serilo’s deployment documentation identifies the providers below. The exact contracting entities, physical hosting region, relevant access locations, and contractual safeguards are still being confirmed. This is a transparent review inventory, not a claim that every provider arrangement has already been approved for live customer processing.

Email serilo.app@gmail.com for provider and transfer questions. The completed schedule must be supplied before a shop authorises processing under the launch DPA.

2. Providers identified

A vendor’s role depends on the actual processing, not only its name. A provider may perform a different role for its own account or security information. Optional monitoring, payment, SMS, or email integrations must be assessed and added when actually enabled; a feature mentioned in a roadmap is not proof of an active provider.

Contabo: hosting infrastructure
Infrastructure supporting the service and database. Shop records and backups may be held on that infrastructure. Physical region, contracting entity, provider access, and safeguards require confirmation.
Cloudflare: network delivery and protection
Network requests, connection information, and traffic handled through the configured network services. Processing/access locations and the applicable service arrangements require confirmation.
Google Gmail: service correspondence
The contact address serilo.app@gmail.com receives information a person chooses to email. This does not authorise sending device passcodes, full card details, customer databases, or other unnecessary sensitive information by email. Contractual role and handling arrangements need review for the information concerned.

3. Changes and shop-selected services

Provider changes affecting shop data will follow the accepted DPA’s notice and objection process. The shop remains responsible for its own selected repair labs, accountants, messaging services, payment arrangements, and other recipients. They are not automatically Serilo subprocessors.
